Returns & Refunds
Once payment has been processed, all bookings are final. If an event is abandoned or postponed then Liverpool Ticket Shop will offer customers a full refund upon request. Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change. It is important that you check with the venue or media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date as no refunds can be issued if the customer does not collect their ticket (s). All times listed on our web site are local to the area of the event.
Payment & Pricing
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all of the pricing on our website is correct, mistakes can be made with respect to pricing and/or availability. Liverpool Ticket Shop reserve the right to cancel bookings with a full refund in such circumstances and/or giving you the option of ordering the package at the correct price. Payment will be taken from your card on ordering of the tickets, not upon delivery. Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is completed and the payment is approved. The customer authorises Liverpool Ticket Shop to upgrade their tickets at no additional cost to the customer if lower category tickets are not available. If issued with a season ticket card the customer must return this to Liverpool Ticket Shop as per their instructions before the game, this will either be in person near to the event stadium or by leaving the cards at hotel reception in an envelope marked for the attention of Liverpool Ticket Shop. If this does not take place within 24 hours of the game ending we reserve the right to charge you £100.00 per season ticket card unreturned.
